11. Formula of Responsibility

Formula of Responsibility (Simplified A1–A2 Version)

I take responsibility for my intention

  • Stop blaming others.

  • Stop feeling guilty.

  • You create your life with your thoughts and actions.
✅ There are no “guilty” people.

Instead, take responsibility:

  • Life becomes easier, more interesting, stronger.

  • You achieve results yourself.

  • “External circumstances” will work in your favor.

Key: Stop being a victim. Be the master of your life.

Formula of Action

  1. Start acting – show your intention is serious.

  2. Break your big goal into small, real steps.

  3. Take the first step immediately.

Example:

  • Want to publish a book → write, find money, give lectures, meet people.

  • Each small step attracts the right opportunities.

  • Action + clear intention = people and circumstances help you.

Internal and external actions

  • Internal: remove fear, anger, negative thoughts.

  • External: concrete steps, physical effort, meet people.

Obstacles are part of learning:

  • Don’t blame others.

  • Obstacles show what you need to change inside yourself.

  • If someone reacts differently than you expect → adjust yourself, not them.

Rule: “If it doesn’t work, try something else.”

Fear and doubt

  • Fear is inside you, often from childhood.

  • Fear shows where you have negative feelings or aggression.

  • Solution: accept reality, let go of anger, act with pure thoughts.

  • Doubts are your allies → they strengthen your belief and test your readiness.

Practical steps

  1. Ask yourself:

    • What can stop me from achieving this intention?

    • What fears or doubts do I have?

    • What new thoughts or actions will help me succeed?

  2. Act calmly and flexibly.

  3. Use obstacles as opportunities to learn.

  4. Trust your subconscious – it helps create ways to achieve your goals.

Important principle

  • There is no true “failure,” only results.

  • Every obstacle is a chance to grow.

  • Welcome obstacles with joy – they make you stronger.

Example:

  • A man afraid of starting a business faced imagined threats (gangsters, risk).

  • He recognized his fear, let go of aggression, focused on action.

  • Result: he found an office and started successfully.

Take responsibility + act + trust yourself = your intention works.
