What can stop me from reaching my goal?
What obstacles may appear?
What thoughts do I need to change?
What bad things may happen if my goal comes true?
Write the answers you feel.
3. Make a table

| Old, negative thoughts | New, positive thoughts |
|---|---|

| People do not value my work. | My work helps people, and they pay me on time. |
| I have little money. | I have money, and my income grows. |
| Things are too difficult. | I find solutions calmly. |
| I am afraid of change. | I am open to new opportunities. |
Tips for new thoughts:
Always positive.
Use present tense: “I have”, “I do”.
First person: “I”, “my”.
4. Clear old thoughts

You can cut the old thoughts on paper and burn them safely.
Say your new thoughts on a glass of water and drink it.
Do this three times in the morning.
6. Practice every day
You choose your thoughts.
Obstacles are signals: “What can I change inside myself?”
