10 Steps to Your Dream

  • Ask: “Why do I want this? How will it help me and others?”

  • Break a big goal into small steps.

  • Start with one small step.

Step 4. Know your resources.

  • You have inner resources: confidence, skills, knowledge.

  • You can use outer resources: money, connections, help.

Step 5. Take action.

  • Start doing something today.

  • Work on thoughts and actions.

  • Take full responsibility for your life.

  • Enjoy the journey.

Step 6. Find obstacles and remove them.

  • Ask: “What can stop me? What thoughts block me?”

  • Change negative thoughts into positive ones.
