6. Your intention must move you to action

Your intention must move you to action (A1–A2, short)

Sometimes an intention feels small.
Example: finish a diploma project.
You delay it because it is not attractive.

Connect a small task to a bigger intention.
If you finish early → you get more free time, less stress, better health.
Now the task has meaning and energy.

Give your intention positive emotions.
It must motivate you.

Ask yourself:

  • Why do I need this?

  • Is this really important for me?

  • What good will it give me?

  • What good will it give others?

  • Does it help my dream?

Intentions are not only about things (money, house, car).
They can be relationships or inner qualities.

Learn the magic question: “Why?”

Think bigger:

  • Will this help my growth?

  • Will it help my family or other people?

  • Will it bring me closer to my dream?

Health and love are strong motivation.
People change habits when something important appears.

Resources are inside you

Do you have resources for your intention?
Yes.

Resources can be:

Internal

  • confidence

  • positive mindset

  • skills

  • knowledge

  • talents

  • love

External

  • money

  • tools

  • connections

  • opportunities

Ask:
What do I need so my intention happens?

This question shows real tasks.

Intention must be realistic

Some goals are too big or unclear.
Break them into small steps.

Example: you want a car.
Tasks:

  • earn money

  • learn to drive

  • get a driver’s license

Problems become goals.

Maybe you must change your job or find extra income.
Now you have a clear step.

Remember: a big journey starts with the first step.

Your path must bring joy

Reaching an intention is a journey.
There will be challenges and new people.
They help you grow.

Do what interests you.
If your path brings only pain, change it.

Age is not a limit. People can change anytime.

Stay curious.
Children learn fast because everything is new.
Be curious and allow yourself to not know.

Exercise — create future experience

Sometimes the mind is afraid of new things.
New changes your life.

To feel safe, create a “movie of the future.”

Imagine your intention like a film:

  • see it

  • feel it

  • live it

You can remember past success to feel confidence.

Optimists remember good experiences.
Pessimists repeat negative ones.

Choose what you repeat in your mind.
