7. Exercise: First Love and Visualization
Exercise: First Love and Visualization (A1–A2)
Remember your first love.
Think about it slowly and in detail.
What did you see?
What did you hear?
What did you feel?
What clothes did you wear?
What season was it?
Was the day sunny or rainy?
Try to remember smells, tastes, and emotions.
Relax. Breathe slowly. Sit calmly.
When you relax, your body reacts:
breathing changes
heart rate changes
feelings become stronger
Our brain saves memories with five senses.
You can “play the film” in your mind.
Imagine your future
You can create a film about your future too.
Imagine your goal:
How do you know you reached it?
What do you see, hear, feel?
How do you think and act?
Write your answers on paper.
Imagine: you already have your goal.
You feel calm, happy, confident.
People like you. You are successful.
Hold this picture in your mind.
Feelings are important
Think about feelings you want:
confidence
peace
joy
love
Remember a time when you felt this before.
Anchor (simple technique)
When you feel a strong good emotion:
touch your wrist or finger.
Do this at the same moment.
Later, touch again → the feeling can return.
This idea comes from the work of Ivan Pavlov.
Rules for intention
Positive
Say what you want, not what you don’t want.
Example: “I feel confident.”Present tense
Say it like it is now.
Example: “I work in a job I like.”First person
Use “I”.
Example: “I create good relationships.”
Take paper and write your intention.
Imagine it clearly.
Practice often.
