A Successful Sprint




The QA team works in an Agile environment using Scrum. Every two weeks, they start a new iteration.

During Planning, the Product Owner explains the sprint goal and chooses the highest-priority tasks. The Scrum Master makes sure everyone understands the process and helps solve any problems.

Throughout the sprint, developers and testers work closely together. They communicate every day and quickly fix bugs. At the end of the sprint, the team delivers a stable version of the application.

Finally, everyone joins the Retrospective. They discuss what went well, what could be improved, and how to increase their velocity before the next delivery.
