🟣 PART 5 – Grammar

Past Simple Negative

We use the Past Simple Negative to talk about things that did not happen in the past.

Form

Ididn't + verb

Hedidn't + verb
Shedidn't + verb
Itdidn't + verb
Wedidn't + verb
Theydidn't + verb

Remember!

After didn't, use the base form of the verb.

✅ I didn't watch TV.

❌ I didn't watched TV.
