🎥 "The Photo That Wasn't Quite Real"

Mia had always enjoyed taking photographs, but she had never considered herself a professional photographer. She usually took quick snapshots with her phone and shared them with her friends.

One summer, she travelled to the mountains with two friends. One evening, they reached a small lake just before sunset. The lighting was perfect. The mountains were reflected in the water, and the sky was turning orange and pink.

Mia took several photographs. Later that evening, she edited one of them. She increased the brightness, enhanced the colours and removed a few people from the background. The result looked spectacular.

Mia posted the photograph online. Within a few hours, hundreds of people had liked it and shared it. By the next morning, the photograph had gone viral.

There was only one problem.

A friend who had been with Mia at the lake noticed that the photograph looked completely different from the real scene.

"You've made the sky much brighter," she said.

"And you removed those people."

Mia laughed.

"Yes, but I didn't invent the view. I just made it look better."

Her friend wasn't completely convinced.

"That's the problem," she replied. "How much can you change a photograph before it stops showing reality?"

Mia didn't have an easy answer.
