After the Workout

Yesterday, I went to the gym after work. I started with some exercises for my legs. After another ten minutes, my thighs and calves started to hurt.

I decided to do other exercises instead. I worked on my arms, wrists and shoulders. Some exercises were easy, but the others were quite difficult.

Later, I noticed that one of my ankles was hurting. Luckily, the other one was fine.

There were many people at the gym. Some were lifting weights, while others were running on the treadmill. The others were stretching or resting.

I was tired, so I decided to stop. Maybe I'll try another workout tomorrow!
