📖 READING

😂 The Most Unprepared Tourist Ever

Last year, Oliver won a cheap weekend trip to Norway. He was very excited and wanted everything to be perfect.

The night before the trip, he made a packing list. Unfortunately, he was tired and didn't check it carefully.

First, he took three pairs of shorts, sunglasses, beach sandals, and a swimming costume. Then he looked at the weather forecast. He saw the number 5°C, but somehow he thought it meant 25°C.

The next morning, he went to the airport feeling confident.

When he arrived in Norway, he immediately got a surprise. It was snowing heavily. People were wearing winter coats, gloves, and boots. Oliver only had shorts and a Hawaiian shirt.

A local woman came up to him and asked: "Are you filming a comedy show?"

Oliver didn't know what to say. Things became even worse. When he opened his suitcase, he found three left shoes. Nobody knows how that happened.

Later, a journalist saw him walking through the snow in sandals and took a photo.

The next day, the photo became popular online. The newspaper gave him a nickname: "The World's Least Prepared Tourist."

When Oliver returned home, his friends laughed for weeks. He said he would never travel without checking the forecast again.
