One day, QA tester Mike received a task:

"Please test our new website."

At first, everything looked normal.

Users could open the homepage.

They could see the navigation menu.

They could click some buttons.

Then Mike found something strange.

The "Login" button opened the weather forecast.

The "Contact Us" button opened a pizza website.

The dropdown menu contained only three options:

🍕 Pizza

🍕 More Pizza

🍕 Even More Pizza

Mike continued testing.

Users couldn't submit the registration form because the email field disappeared after three seconds.

The responsive design was also interesting.

On a mobile phone, the homepage became upside down.

Mike wrote a bug report:

"Users can visit the website, but they can't understand it."

The developers thanked him for his feedback.

The next day they fixed 47 bugs. 😄

📖 COMPREHENSION QUESTIONS

  1. What was Mike's job?

  2. What happened when users clicked the Login button?

  3. What options were in the dropdown menu?

  4. Why couldn't users submit the form?

  5. How many bugs did the developers fix?
